Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. During COVID-19 we will be extending our refund/return policy for up to 30 days. All you need to do is get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are unable to return it to us during COVID-19, that is fine we can arrange the refund as well as new shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We at Cult Collection are entitled to refuse a refund even if you have requested one within the 5 days. If we feel as if you haven't paid attention to various size charts or whether you worn or tampered with the item. We do not accept refunds if the item is late arriving e.g. for a night out, or present (Birthday/Christmas). If you have tried the item on and have in any way publicised the item other than showing us the reason you are not happy we will decline your reason for a refund. Furthermore, during the current pandemic we will not be accepting refunds for any swimwear unless you can provide images showing the item is damaged, in this circumstance we will not require the item to be sent back, we can issue a refund upon evidence.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This will be a confirmation email sent to you after your purchase was made. An order number will be requested by us to proceed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
The refunded payment will not be made until either we receive the returned item or you have been provided tracking detail of the item you have returned. This is simply to avoid people falsely claiming payments. Refunded payments being made may take 1-3 business days to enter your account. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges if the item purchased is of an incorrect size or damaged. At this stage we will give you store credit to either re-order your damaged item or select a new size. If the item is ordered in the wrong size/doesn't fit we ask for that to be returned and once received the item of the correct size will be shipped to you. Shipping times will vary on where you live. Average shipping times worldwide are 7-14 business days. However, shipping to both the United Kingdom and United States may be quicker. If you don't receive your product within the 14 business days contact us via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
